We use a design/build approach, which provides owners/developers with sole
source management of all design and construction processes. Development Support
enables owners/developers to assess project feasibility and issues prior to
commitment through market analysis, site evaluation, value assessment, due
diligence, risk determination, engineering analysis, traffic analysis,
architectural master planning and zoning analysis.
The Construction Management approach provides owners/developers single-source
oversight for pre-construction and construction phase activities including cost
and value estimating, control budget development; scheduling; subcontractor
selection; purchasing; field logistics and coordination; safety management; cost
tracking and reporting; change order management; quality assurance; and
close-out.
